Well, we got off to a slow start, but the lads didn’t hang their heads, they got stuck in, they put in some honest graft, they got back into it. Not what we’d hoped for, of course, but a point’s a point. We’ll take it and move on. Could’ve been worse. If we’d caught a break or two we’d’ve taken all three. Could’ve been worse.
This has been The Arsenal Attitude — among many supporters and (far more worrisome) within the club — for many years. Until it dies, Arsenal will be in sixth place hoping for fifth, or, at best, in fifth place hoping for fourth. But is Emery the man to kill it?
